Recently, Outreach Offshore Ltd has won a significant service and maintenance contract with a major wind energy provider. This contract involves service provision for the maintenance, thorough examination and breakdown support for a variety of cranes and lifting appliances, located on four offshore wind energy substations.
We have now secured the contract after a careful selection process that emphasised the need for quality and reliability of service support, through a proven track record. Currently, we are making preparations for this vital project, which includes complex risk assessment and method statements to allow us to control safety onboard to the highest level. Through our expertise in this sector, we will be offering a comprehensive package of work to support all crane equipment onboard the substations, to ensure they are fully fit for purpose under the local legislation and standards. Our experienced GWO certified engineers will provide comprehensive and proactive maintenance to ensure the equipment is at peak performance. Our aim is to identify breakdown trends and eliminate these where we can, through historic analysis and detailed examination, that enables us to implement improvements. Outreach Offshore understands the importance of equipment reliability that has to match operational needs and capability of our clients, therefore our aim targets keeping equipment running and in the safest possible way.
