We like to take a proactive approach with our products in which we will inspect, maintain and provide crane parts post-purchase. This is included with our comprehensive support and service packages

Our service engineers can mobilise to any location worldwide to provide comprehensive product support. Outreach Offshore Engineers are trained in the appropriate safety certification for working on your project, including vessels alongside, offshore oil and gas platforms, and offshore wind energy installations.

Outreach Offshore is the authorised UK Palfinger Marine partners for product support. We also supply genuine OEM spare parts. Outreach Offshore also can provide comprehensive on-site technical and service support, including FAT, SAT, and STW commissioning services, backed up by our in-house onshore technical support.

We offer design services, which includes full design, FE Analysis, and design to print capability. Our services include equipment refurbishment for Pipehandler Cranes, Pipe Grabs, OSB access systems, marine lifting equipment and other hydraulic marine products.
