Outreach Offshore has Gained New Health and Safety Standard Accreditation with DNV-GL

Outreach Offshore Limited currently has accreditation to ISO 9001, IS0 14001 and OHSAS 18001. We recognise the importance of these standards to our employees, our company and our clients for key benefits such as:

dnvgl accreditations
  • Proactively aligns our business with our clients
  • Encourages a collaborative environment for Outreach Offshore Ltd Personel
  • Improves team knowledge and understanding of key health and safety requirements
  • Promotes communication within our client relationships to feedback positive observations on potential improvements

It has recently been announced that OHSAS 18001 (Health and Safety) will be withdrawn and replaced with ISO 45001. Outreach Offshore has been actively working towards gaining accreditation to the new ISO 45001 standard, through DNV-GL.

This new standard is a recognised International Standard that specifies further requirements for an occupational health and safety (OHS) management system which enables Outreach Offshore Limited to proactively improve its OHS performance in preventing injury, lost-days, absence and equipment damage. The new standard encourages risk-based thinking with a more proactive, flexible and preventative approach based on removing a broader range of risks before they materialise by supporting good controls. This approach is undertaken in partnership with our clients.

As the new standard is compatible with ISO 9001 (Quality) and ISO 14001 (Environmental), we have incorporated the new standard into our existing Business Management Systems which encompasses ISO 9001 and ISO 14001, giving an increased focus to employees.

After an intensive internal audit, Outreach Offshore Limited is proud to announce we have successfully migrated to ISO 45001 which is our testament to continued improvement. You can find our newly issued certificate available on our website here.
